Web console

The web console is at workflows.geni-bioinfo.com.br.

Sign in with the same credentials you use for the CLI.

From the console you can:

  • browse submissions and their status across every environment;
  • inspect the other resources — environments, engines, queues, storage, registries;
  • see the cost of an individual submission;
  • see average cost per workflow and per workflow version.

Everything the console shows is also available from the CLI, which is what the rest of this documentation uses. The console is the faster way to answer “what is running right now” and “what did this run cost”; the CLI is the way to actually change things and to script them.
