GENI Workflows documentation
GENI Workflows is a control plane for bioinformatics pipelines. It manages users, workflows, submissions, metrics and costs through a single authenticated API, and delegates the actual pipeline execution to your AWS accounts and GCP projects.
That split is the point: your administrator keeps full control over the cloud resources provisioned in your accounts, while your analysts run pipelines across all of them from one CLI.
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Analysts register workflows, submit samples, and read logs, metrics and costs. Start at Install the CLI, then read Managing workflows and Managing submissions.
Administrators enable cloud accounts and provision the engines, queues, storage and registries that analysts use. Start at Enable a GCP project.
